Coordination of Interests of Company and its Stakeholders

<p>The current economic situation in Russia is characterized by increasing competition and instability on the consumer market. In this regard, it becomes important for businesses and companies to meet the interests of their stakeholders.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The aim of this study is to develop recommendations to cooperate interests of company &ldquo;Agrotechcentre&rdquo; and various categories of its stakeholders.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>To achieve this goal following problems were solved:</p><p style="margin-left:72.0pt;">&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The Theory of stakeholders and one of the main methods of classification of stakeholders (Mitchell model) was studied;</p><p style="margin-left:72.0pt;">&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The systems of stakeholders&#39; interest were discribed, when choosing a product or service in the field of B2B buyer is guided by both rational (price, quality, maintenance, customer service, delivery time, mutual benefit, product conformity certificates) and emotional needs (psychological needs, perceived risk status and reward, friendship). In addition, the main strategies for coordination of &nbsp;interests &nbsp;of the company and its stakeholders were analyzed;</p><p style="margin-left:72.0pt;">&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Methods of coordination company&#39;s and stakeholder&#39;s interests in the stock management, such as the economic order quantity (EOQ) and ABC / XYZ analysis were investigated. In conditions of the instability on the consumer market, the seasonality of demand and significant difference in the volume of sales ABC / XYZ analysis are used;</p><p style="margin-left:72.0pt;">&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; External factors that affect on &quot;Agrotechcentre&#39;s&quot; operations were identified: the most influantial are intersectoral competition and market power of the consumer, and less significant are the entry of new playrs on the market, market power of suppliers and substitute products;</p><p style="margin-left:72.0pt;">&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; With the help of the Mitchell model consumers were identified as the main stakeholders of LLC &quot;Agrotechcentre&quot; and through questionnaires &nbsp;a system of their interests was revealed. There are several key customer requirements to suppliers of agricultural machinery, spare parts and service&nbsp; such as availability of products in the warehouse, quality of products and service, the company&#39;s reliability and relatively low price;</p><p style="margin-left:72.0pt;">&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The interests of the top &ndash; management were defined by the interview. The main objectives are: to raise the cost of business, to raise profits and reduce costs;</p><p style="margin-left:72.0pt;">&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; According to the results of research, solutions have been developed to balance the interests of the company and customers:</p><p style="margin-left:72.0pt;">- To analysis in details categories of spare parts, which are among the groups CZ and CY: sprayers, cans, sieves and sensors;</p><p style="margin-left:72.0pt;">- To apply inventory control technology &quot;just in time&quot; for tractors&#39; and engines&#39; spare parts, batteries, bearings, etc.;</p><p style="margin-left:72.0pt;">- To test technology &quot;just in time&quot; on spare parts for electrical devices and instruments;</p><p style="margin-left:72.0pt;">- To analysis a life-cycle of spare parts for harvesting machinery, agricultural equipment, mowers, and etc.;</p><p style="margin-left:72.0pt;">- To control the residues&#39;s number of the following categories of spare parts: filters, belts, high pressure hose, hydraulic system etc.;</p><p style="margin-left:72.0pt;">- To work only under the order with such categories of spare parts: knives and chain of agricultural machinery.</p>
