<p align="center">Annotation</p><p>The topic of the diploma thesis is &quot;The influence of involvement and employee satisfaction on labor efficiency and turnover &quot;.</p><p>The main aim is to determine the influence of involvement and employee satisfaction on labor efficiency and turnover, with the help of an analytical study of data obtained during the practice.</p><p>During the research were used following methods, according to which the study of a given topic was conducted:</p><p>&bull; Analysis and synthesis;<br />&bull; Questionnaire - Questionnaire DIAORG Vladimir Voronin, the questionnaire about &nbsp;RsSt involvement;<br />&bull; Comparison and compilation of information;<br />&bull; The charting method;<br />&bull; Tabular procedure.<br />This diploma consists of an introduction, two chapters, each of which includes three sections, conclusion and list of literature.<br />In the introduction I have stressed the practical importance and relevance of the topic of influence employee satisfaction and involvement on some aspects of the organization life, goals and objectives of work, as well as subject and object of the study, formulated hypothesis and identified ways with the help of which the study was conducted.<br />The first chapter &quot;Theoretical aspects of involvement and employee satisfaction&quot; consists of such sections as &quot;Employee work satisfaction&quot;, &quot;Employee involvement in work&quot; and &quot;Involvement and employee satisfaction, as factors in the corporate culture of the organization.&quot; This chapter reveals the essence of concepts such as involvement and employee satisfaction, turnover and employee effectiveness, also this chapter includes the phenomenon of the organization corporate culture as a factor that affects involvement and employee satisfaction.<br />The second chapter &quot;Practical aspects of involvement and influence on employee satisfaction and efficiency of labor turnover&quot; consists of such sections as &quot;Object of study&quot;, &quot;Analysis of the study &ldquo;The involvement and settlement business department staff satisfaction with organizational processes &quot;and&quot; Conclusions and Recommendations &quot; . This chapter reveals the essence of the research object, analyzes the data obtained in the research, formulates conclusions and recommendations of the study, as well as substantiates proof or disproof of hypotheses formulated in the introduction.</p><p>At the end of the diploma the most significant conclusions are formulated, as well as suggestions and perspectives in the area of ​​human resource management.<br />The list of literature includes various information sources which are the framework for writing the diploma.<br />As a result of the study, it was concluded that the success of the company and its performance depends on a combination of many different factors of corporate culture and organization environment.<br />During the topic consideration, two main hypotheses were given. One hypothesis was disproved - the hypothesis about the impact of work satisfaction on turnover and the second one was confirmed &ndash; the hypothesis about the impact on efficiency of work involvement.<br />Moreover the result of the analytical work studies &ldquo;Involvement and settlement business department staff satisfaction of organizational processes&rdquo; can be considered as the definition of problem areas for improving customer satisfaction and employee involvement of the Bank, as well as the formulation of practical recommendations for solving those problem areas.</p><p>It is important to emphasize that as a result of the corporate culture settlement business Department project implementation the Bank managed to reduce losses of the business, and that was the basis of the purpose of the project.</p>
