Individual social capital as a factor of self-efficacy

The present research is aimed at examine the role of individual social capital in personal perceived self-efficacy. This research is based on the assumption that available resources of the formal and informal personal relations contribute to the level of self-efficacy. It was confirmed by data analysis on the sample of 194 people with different occupations at the age from 19 to 66 using the method of structural equation modeling. During the study the theoretical issues of psychology of relations and personal social psychology are concerned. The findings have practical significance for assessment centers, correction psychology.
