Motivation of volunteer activity engagement in election observers

<p>The present paper describes a study that examine the motivation for volunteer activity and for work. The research is concerned with some essential types of volunteer motivation in Russia. It is anticipated that the results of this study will help to bring certain improvements into the attraction of potential volunteers to different organizations. The main method of our research is questionnaire.&nbsp;Our sample consists of males and females living in Moscow who were 1) signed as election observers for 5 years, 2) volunteers at the Olympic Games in Sochi</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
