Industrial Safety and Labor Protection Task Automation

<p>This work on the theme of labor protection tasks automation. Labor protection are necessary for the efficient operation of any enterprise and it is aimed at the preservation of life and health of employees. Currently, preparation and conduct of labor protection measures involves a lot of routine work that requires considerable time. Automating tasks of labor protection would help optimize the cost of health and safety, reduce the complexity of operations on a package of documents on labor protection, corresponding legal requirements. In addition, it would help to organize a variety of activities, such as medical examinations, instructions and a special assessment of working conditions.</p><p>Most Russian companies representing small and medium-sized businesses use software 1C, so there is a strong demand for software products implemented on 1C: Enterprise exists in the market. In this regard, the development of an information system that automates the task of labor protection using 1C: Enterprise is relevant for the Russian market.</p><p>The general objective of this paper is development of an information system that is aimed at labor protection and can simplify the company&#39;s activities management in this area by automating of accounting, monitoring and control issues. For accomplishment this objective it is obligatory perform next steps. First of all, to explore the health and safety domain. Secondly, to design information system architecture. Thirdly, to develop the information system.</p><p>The structure of the work represented by introduction, two chapters, conclusion, bibliography and applications.</p><p>The first chapter presents the results of domain analysis, which included the study of legislative acts regulating the sphere of labor protection, analysis of regulations and procedures for verification of labor protection. The main responsibilities of the employer and the employee, the main tasks of health and safety, and government agencies, which realize supervisory activities in the sphere of labor protection in the enterprise, were identified. Business process models of labor protection representing in the diagrams of methodology Aris were the result of the analysis.</p><p>The second chapter presents the practical part of the work, including the design of the database structure for the information system, the choice of implementation platform and the development of a software product.</p><p>The information system automating tasks of labor protection, providing information support to managers and staff in the department of health and safety in the implementation of the main tasks of labor protection was the result of work. This system is a configuration of &laquo;1C: Enterprise 8.3&raquo;.</p>
