Externalization of feelings: the content and steps

<div>The effectiveness of psychotherapy and the factors ensuring it still remains debatable. Comparative analysis of different directions psychotherapy allowed to nominate the assumption of a &quot;common factors&quot; that determine the success of psychotherapeutic work. Traditionally, these include: the relationship and etc (Kochyunas, Kottler). However, the list is not final, and in counseling psychology, the search for cost-effective and versatile for different modalities of psychotherapy tools that contribute to their preferred customers change.</div><div>One such &quot;effective factors&quot; that determine the effectiveness of counseling and psychotherapy, appears, in our opinion, the externalization of individual experiences.</div><div>Regardless of the specific direction in the course of psychotherapy occurs simultaneously updated by the senses and the establishment of the counselee some internal distance towards them, so that they can be comprehended in a new and integrated into the individual life. This process ensures the effectiveness of psychotherapy, is not described in counseling psychology sufficiently and do not reflect on how special &quot;effective factor.&quot;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>In this paper we make a hypothesis about the content and process of externalization of experiences. First, we argued that episodes - the process of establishing a distance from the inner experience. Secondly, one of the key points here is to incorporate experiences into a more general system of concepts, values, meanings, etc.</div>
