In accordance with the intended purpose of the main tasks are: review of the literature on topics related to the improvement of the manufacturing logistics, consideration of problems of concepts implementation, learning the specifics of implementation the lean production concept, company analysis and identification of the problems of manufacturing logistics, development necessary measures aimed at improving the logistics of the enterprise, evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed solutions.</p><p>In the bachelor`s thesis recommendations are developed to improve manufacturing logistics with the basic of lean production concept. As a result of the proposed solutions will eliminate excessive storage in enterprise warehouses and brigades warehouses (the cost of inventories to decline by 19% by improving the efficiency of inventory management, changes in the organization of production); increase utilization of agricultural machinery by 14% due to changes in the organization of the production process, making cost-effective renewal of farm machinery.
