<p>Annotation</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>1.&nbsp; Topic of bachelor`s thesis: &ldquo;Improvement of Production Logistics on Manufacturing Company&rdquo;</p><p>2.&nbsp; Student: Abramyan Areg, group 420L, faculty of logistics</p><p>3.&nbsp; Supervisor: Fel Alla, PhD in Economics, docent</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Key words: logistic approach, &ldquo;Lean Production&rdquo;, &ldquo;Kaizen&rdquo;, &ldquo;Just-in-Time&rdquo;, material flows, manufacturing company, finished goods inventory, manufacturing equipment, DuPont model, production logistics</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The purpose of the graduate qualification work is development of recommendations to improve production logistics on the manufacturing company and justification of the recommendations by using DuPont model.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The main tasks are following: to analyze business activity of the company; to analyze position of the company in market; to analyze the company`s logistics; to review the literature that is related to the questions of improving of production logistics and modern logistic approaches; to bring to light the existing problems of the company; to develop recommendations that are aimed to improve the production logistics in company; to justify the recommendations by using DuPont model. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>In the bachelor`s thesis recommendations are developed to improve the production logistics in company by dint of logistic approaches such as &ldquo;Lean Production&rdquo; and &ldquo;Kaizen&rdquo;. In consequence of the developed recommendations it is expected that will be implemented the stock controlling instrument that will help to reduce the immobilization of financial assets by 10 million rubles; will avail not to use the rented warehouse; will increase the quantity of the produced goods by implementing logistic approaches by 11% per year.
