<p>&nbsp;</p><p align="center"><strong>Abstracts</strong></p><ol><li>Topic of bachelor&rsquo;s thesis: &ldquo;The role of logistics in sales channels integration&rdquo;</li><li>Student: Marina Boginskaya, group 422L, faculty of logistics</li><li>Supervisor: Andrey Vinogradov, senior lecturer</li><li>Key words: sales channels, multi-channel concept, cross-channel concept, omni-channel concept, distribution of stocks, ant-colony algorithm, software Distributed Order Management (DOM), process of customer order execution</li></ol><p>It is shown in the study, that omni-channel concept is one of the strategic resources that improves competitiveness and logistics efficiency of a retailer.</p><p>The general purpose of this study is to provide methods to improve logistics efficiency of a retailer that performs sales channels integration or omni-channel concept. Specifically, in this study attention is paid to the main tendencies of evolution multi-channel retailer. Moreover, the role of sales channel integration and problems that encounter retail companies while implementing omni-channel concept are analyzed in this study.</p><p>Using the example of known Russian company, complex of measures to improve logistics efficiency while implementing omni-channel concept was generated. It was offered to reduce time of delivery for express order using one of the shops as a hub, where inventory are stored for express delivery. Moreover, for one city routes were optimized on the basis of ant-colony algorithm.&nbsp; Information technology pays significant role in realization of sales channel integration. Due to this fact, it is offered to implement software Distributed Order Management (DOM). Total results were presented in the DuPont system of analysis, where changing of the main economic indicators after realization of offered measures system is shown.</p><p>Length of bachelor&rsquo;s thesis: pages &ndash; 110, pictures - 27, tables - 23, list of literary sources - 25, appendix &ndash; 8 on 23 pages.</p>
