<p style="text-align: justify;">Topic: &laquo;Improvement of Purchase Logistics in production company on the example of components supply&raquo;</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Graduation work includes 88 pages, 13 figures, 23 tables and 6 appendixes. 34 literary sources were used in writing process.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Object of the study is a production company.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Subject of the study is purchase logistics in a production company.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">The purpose of graduation work is improvement of purchase logistics in a company.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">This purpose includes the following tasks:</p><ul><li style="text-align: justify;">to analyse economic and logistics activities in a company and identify current problems in logistics activity of the company;</li><li style="text-align: justify;">to analyse the theoretical aspects of purchase logistics and methods for purchase logistics improvement;</li><li style="text-align: justify;">to develop recommendations for improving purchase logistics in a company;</li><li style="text-align: justify;">to develop recommendations for achieving cross-functional coordination to solve problems in company&rsquo;s purchase logistics;</li><li style="text-align: justify;">to justify developed solutions through DuPont analysis.</li></ul><p style="text-align: justify;">Graduation work includes introduction, three chapters and conclusion.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">The introduction reflects the relevance of the research, and includes the purpose, tasks, object and subject of study.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">In the first chapter the economic and logistical activities of the enterprise were analysed, also the internal and external factors for organization development were analysed and bottlenecks in the logistics of the company were identified.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">In the second chapter reflects analysis of the literature, aimed at purchase logistics and measures to improve the purchase logistics.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">The third chapter introduces solutions to the purchase logistics problems in the company and provides economic justification for developed solutions on the example of DuPont system of analysis.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">In conclusion, the main results of the work are described.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">The work is based on theoretical and methodological researches of the experts in the field of purchase logistics, as well as on studies of Russian and foreign scholars in logistics and supply chain management. Analytical hierarchy process (AHP) was used to solve the main problem of purchase logistics in a company. Also different strategies of procurement were analysed to reduce the total cost in purchasing.</p>
