Expert-oriented approach to test development

<p>Test development is rather popular in present time. Psychometricians spend a lot of money and time to develop a test of high quality, at the same tame they also correct standards of test quality. As these stadnards develop, there is a need to increase the amount of resourses that are spent on test development. As the existence of item bank can decrease the cost of test development, it is important to have a technology that allows to develop new test on the base of existing questions. We expect that expert judgments can be the optimal method for such test development.&nbsp;</p><p>Present work is devoted to the development of expert-oriented approach to test development, analyzing its opportunities and limitations.</p>
