Psychoanalytic aspects of the resistance organizations changes

The work is considering the aspects of organization resistance to changes from the psychoanalytical point of view and psychoanalytical aspects of human resistance to it. It`s contained the main models of transformation during implementation of changes with explanation of group resistance based on view of basic theory of psychoanalysis. The study was done based on trade and manufacturing company.As the result the following action plan was built:1) To enhance internal communication within company2) To weak resistance of staff3) To decrease rotation of staff
