The ability to react quickly to the changing customers needs and provide first - class service are the guarantee of successful operation of any company. That is why it is so important to integrate and coordinate the supply chain, based on quality planning, sales and operations.</p><p>The aim of work is to enhance integrated planning process of logistics in the supply chane of a trading company that will improve the level of customer service and reduce costs associated with inventory management.</p><p>In bachelor&rsquo;s work was developed algorithm of decision making for choosing a strategy of replenishment based on the separation of categories of goods by sales volume and duration of the life cycle. The new strategy of replenishment with help of the proper procedure to follow will allow to establish more gradual and uniform replenishment for separate groups of goods. There were also proposed recommendations for improvement of data support in supply logistics.</p><p>Volume of Bachelor &nbsp;Graduate work: p -92, figures -32, tables -18, a list of references - 32</p>
