The thesis analyzes the philosophical and legal views of the Jacobins and Girondins on religion and the church. Considered radical philosophical and legal views of Jean-Baptiste Cloots, Pierre Gaspard Chaumette, Joseph Fouch&eacute;, Maximilien Robespierre, Jean-Marie Lekinio, Jean-Paul Marat, Jacques-Pierre Brissot, Marie-Antoine de Condorcet, Sylvain Marechal, Thomas Paine. Studied laws and legal documents in the public religious and legal policy in France during the French Revolution. Were analyzed in 1791 and the Constitution of 1793, the Declaration of the Rights of Man, the decrees of the National Constituent Assembly, the Legislative Assembly and National Convention. Analysis was performed and revealed the extent of impact of radical philosophical and legal views on religion and the church in France during the Revolution. Moreover, considered the main vectors and causes of zhirondinstkih and Jacobin radical philosophical and legal views on religion and the church. Besides, the following philosophical and political, social and philosophical views of the Jacobins and Girondins. Also analyzed the reasons for the influence of various philosophical and legal views on religious and legal policy at different stages of the revolution</p><p>The purpose of this study was historical-legal, historical and philosophical analysis of radical philosophical and legal views on religion and the church in France during the French Revolution and identify the degree of influence of these views on the basic legal and legislative acts in the field of public policy and legal religious and interfaith relations .</p><p>Also had the following research objectives:</p><p>&nbsp;- Present the main radical philosophical and legal views on religion and the church in France during the French Revolution</p><p>- To analyze the main legal acts of France during the French revolution to find in them the norms governing religious life and activities of the church;</p><p>- To identify the extent to which radical philosophical and legal views on religion and the church in France during the French Revolution had an impact on the state of religious and legal policies.</p><p>Also, we used the following methodological framework: historical and philosophical method, the concrete historical method, formal-legal method and historical and legal method.</p><p>The study revealed that all state religious-legal policy in France during the Revolution, based on philosophical and legal opinions as the Jacobins and Girondins.</p>
