<p>Current research elaborates on the contemporary concept of applying psychoanalysis to organisations and its implications to organisational consulting in the modern business environment. Psychoanalytical view on organisations allows to considerably add to traditional organisational theory and organisational behavior approaches in its ability to explain various organisational phenomena, in particular connected with organisational change, organisational defense mechanisms and resistance. In the second part of research a comparative study of current psychoanalytical methods for organisational diagnostics and intervention is provided, along with the integral scheme for applying psychoanalytical approach and tools for organisational consulting, change and development.</p>
