Interpretation in psychoanalytic coaching

<p>The dissertation reveals the leading role of interpretation in psychoanalytic coaching. Before making a decision on applying psychoanalytical approach and style in coaching it is important to make an assessment of business context in which particular client works. Dialectical analysis of psychoanalytical interpretation shows that effective interpretation is born inside myth-chimera, which is the product of working alliance of the client and psychoanalytical coach. Empirical study reveals that interpretation that woks should be dependent on degree of reflection of the client; iterative interpretation works much better than the singular one. </p>
