However oftentimes there are no successful operations of company without participation of third parties in this process. Especially this tendency exists in big production companies, because these companies basically concentrate their money and power into their main activities. Meanwhile supporting functions are always passed to outsourcing companies. However sometimes companies unable to estimate the impact that will provide the services provided by third parties on the effectiveness of the company's business and main indicators of company operation, therefore does not consider it necessary to approach to the choice of the supplier with the utmost care.The aim of bachelor's Graduate is supplier selection improvement on the example of company. In Graduate work Bachelor selection algorithm developed logistics provider for a particular company, and describes the steps for each stage of the algorithm to improve the efficiency of procurement services.5.
