Student: Antipkina Inna

Supervisor: Elena Kardanova

Faculty: Institute of Education

Educational Programme: Master

Final Grade: 9

Year of Graduation: 2014

This work is dedicated to developing a model of test audit. The model was based on two existing sistems such as the Dutch model (CoTAN, 2009) and European model (EFPA, 2013) with adaptation to the situation of Russian testology. The model consists of seven parts (1. User manual, 2. Technical manual, 3. Quality of test materials, 4. Theory, 5. Norming, 6. Reliability, 7. Validity). The model was revised twice, once after getting reviews from external experts, and then after a trial audit of a test using this model. The model is created to be flexible so that it could be easily adapted to the changing psychometric practice in Russia.
