Interrelation between Leadership Style, Informal Relationships and Subjective Work Performance

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The aim of the paper is to present a current state of the problem of interrelation of workers&rsquo; informal relationships, their efficiency and a mediated role of the supervisor. During the empirical research we concluded that (1) informal relationships have close correlation with team work and team efficiency, (2) among the features of the supervisor the most important for good informal relationships is his competence and ability to organize others&nbsp;</span></p>
