Now the most part of functions in this sphere is assigned to Emercom of Russia as a part of which there are relevant divisions.</p><p style="margin-left:18pt;">It is logical that the organizations which are engaged in fire extinguishing can carry out effectively the tasks only in the presence of the corresponding material resources.</p><p style="margin-left:18pt;">The existing system of government procurements allows Emercom of Russia in most cases completely and in due time to complete the divisions with all necessary.</p><p style="margin-left:18pt;">At the same time, as the practice shows, the existing system of supply of contractual divisions of MS of Russia material means needs improvement.</p><p style="margin-left:18pt;">In particular it is necessary to improve transport service of system of deliveries, and also storages of material means in warehouses until receipt directly in contractual divisions.</p><p style="margin-left:18pt;">The purpose of VKR is complex and comprehensive study of system of deliveries of material means in contractual divisions of Emercom of Russia.</p><p style="margin-left:18pt;">In work the general and private methods of research, including, system and legal, statistical, the content analysis, the system analysis of the studied phenomena, generalization of results of research and forecasting of prospects of their development are used.</p><p style="margin-left:18pt;">&nbsp;</p><p>5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Length of bachelor&rsquo;s thesis:</strong> p &ndash; 65, pictures &ndash; 5, tables &ndash; 10, a list of references - 35</p>
