Keywords: supply system, centralization, decentralization, supply chain maturity model</p><p>The procurement process is a key for each organization; as well organized procurement system is a prerequisite for the smooth functioning of the company. The quality of purchased materials and execution deadlines of procurement procedures depends on the ability to meet customer demand in the right quantity with the required quality.</p><p>The aim of a Bachelor Graduation work is development of general recommendations for decision-making in upgrading existing supply systems in the organizations investigated by the example of an industrial company can account for factors due to the specifics of the industry and features produced and sold products, and supply characteristics and organizational structure of the organization.</p><div>In accordance with that purpose in the thesis work the following tasks:</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>1. Analysis and synthesis of theoretical development of domestic and foreign researchers on the problem of improving the supply systems in different organizations;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>2. Analysis of features of supply in the industry, to address them in improving supply systems;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>3. Identify factors that influence the procurement process, the speed of the particular procurement and procurement activities in the industry, the definition of the parameters of the existing system;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>4. Development of methods for the optimization of supply in the organization;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>5. Example of the proposed methods on the existing supply chain of industrial organization.</div><p>In Bachelor Graduation work rationale for the use of complex measures to improve the supply of energy and determined the sequence of activities to achieve maximum effect is shown.</p><p>Continuous development of supply system is highly recommended. Companies with a specific type of products and innovative views procured resources may use this work.</p><p>5.
