Domnina, Candidate of Economic Science, Associate Professor</p><p style="margin-left:35.45pt;"><strong>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </strong><strong>Key words:</strong> Logistics network, telecommunication market, distribution network, inventory management, warehouse management, transport and transportation, logistics network improvement.</p><p>It is shown in the study that improvement of the logistics network depends on improving its chains (parts) such as distribution network.</p><p>The general purpose of this study is to provide theoretical methods to improve logistics network efficiency of a telecommunication company. Specifically, in this study attention is paid on how the distribution network could improve the logistics network in general.</p><p>Using the example of international telecommunication vendor-company, complex of measures to improve logistics network efficiency was generated. There were offered two options of reforming the distribution network in Moscow, Russia. The first option was to close the Ericsson Distribution Centre (EDC) in the west part of Moscow and replacing the stock to other two EDC&rsquo;s in Moscow.&nbsp; The second option was to reduce the warehouse space on EDC in the west to increase efficiency of the distribution network of the company. Both options will&nbsp; effect on stock in the distribution network and on the transport used. Total results were presented in the DuPont system of analysis, where changing of the main economic indicators after realization of offered measures system is shown.</p><p><strong>Length </strong>of bachelor&rsquo;s thesis: pages &ndash; 94, pictures - 23, tables - 10, list of literary sources - 22.</p>
