The aim of this final qualification work is automation of activity production enterprise Eco Furniture CIS using SAP Business One (SAP B1).In order to achieve this goal, the study uses all required data relating to the manufacturing enterprise Eco Furniture CIS, a new way of describing business processes Icebricks created by a university professor in Munster, Mr. Becker, and software SAP Business One. Icebricks is an instrument for clear documentation and targeted analysis of your business processes. The icebricks method enables through a predefined 4-layer architecture and trade-specific reference comparability, comprehensibility and readability of your company’s process documentation.In the course of the work the process of automation was studied, the benefits it may provide highlighted, the procedure for automation examined. ERP is highlighted as a means of enterprise automation. After this the work with an enterprise started. It was proved that the enterprise will get economic benefits after getting automated. And then the whole procedure of automation was put into practice: the business processes of Eco Furniture CIS were identified, simulated and analyzed. SAP Business One was chosen as the ERP system for automation the enterprise and then implemented. After all the benefits of this automation were evaluated. So all the objectives required to achieve the main goal were completed too. With the right chart of accounts, posting periods, and account determination for automated journal entries, SAP Business One takes care of many tasks that are usually performed manually.One of the key advantages of SAP Business One is its ability to create various journal entries automatically, particularly those involving sales, purchasing, and inventory transactions. In a manual system, doing business and keeping track of it are separated. Invoices and other such documents are created first, and then later the accounting entries for keeping track of them are added.
