AnnotationThis thesis describes the main theoretical and practical issues related to the group coaching. The aim is to study the features of group coaching and effective use of this method in the modern organization. Relevance of the topic of this work is due to the significance of studying the role of group coaching in the management staff of the organization and improve its effectiveness, as well as poor knowledge of this issue. V2: The relevance of the topic of this work is due to significance of the role of group coaching in management of employees and improvement of effectiveness of their work as well as addressing the poor knowledge of this issue.The work consists of 70 pages and includes two chapters, introduction, conclusion and bibliography. The introduction stated purpose of the work, the relevance of the chosen topic, as well as a number of tasks to be solved in the course of analysis of the topic. The first chapter is devoted to the theoretical foundations of group coaching. The second chapter analyzes the effectiveness of group coaching in modern organizations. In conclusion, the results of this work are described.
