<p>This research is aimed on analyzing the signaling behavior of physicians, which they choose in order to attract only those patients that would maximize physician’s welfare. It consists of theoretical framework, which depicts how changes in some exogenous factors would influence choice of signals of, in other words, how physicians would adapt. This paper will be interesting for working people, who are in need to decide what is the best response strategies for them or their hospitals will be. </p>
