<p>This paper covers core issues of the psychoanalytic approach and socioanalityc methods in research and consulting of the organizations. The relevance of this approach was considered, the basic aspects that distinguish psychoanalytic consulting from other types of consulting were described, and recommendations for the consultancy work within the psychoanalytic approach were given.</p>
