They have an obligation to study effective measures aimed at the preservation of business and increase its sustainability in the current environment. Since the main focus of management consulting is a process of change, it must be performed with the use of specific techniques that would allow the necessary changes with the greatest efficiency. Of all the approaches that exist today in this area, the most advanced is the improvement of logistics activity.</p><p>Graduate work is devoted to the improvement of logistics activities on the example of trading company &quot;Unitrade&quot;, which main activity is retail sales of goods for children.</p><p>The purpose of this final qualifying work is to develop recommendations to increase profitability and business performance through improved its logistics activities.</p><p>This work is divided into three main chapters:</p><p>The first chapter analyzes the economic and logistic activities, analyzes the competitive position, inventory and financial data, identifies problems with the logistics system.</p><p>The second chapter examines the theoretical approaches to the solution of the problem in the graduate work. Analyzed in terms of the authors and provides a critical analysis of the study data. Examines methods for solving the problem.</p><p>The third chapter covers the development of recommendations to address the problems of focus, calculation methods for solving these problems, and provides economic justification of the measures.</p><p>In conclusion, the final qualifying work summarizes the research, as well as determined the significance of the project for the development of the company and the market in general.</p><p>The subject of the study - logistic activities of trading, including the material, financial and information flows.</p><p>Methodological basis for the study of system-process approach to the study of the object and subject of study. As part of the final qualifying work widely used as a common scientific approaches and mathematical economics.</p><p>Analyzed the economic activities of the trading company, its financial and economic indicators. Was also performed an analysis of the functioning logistics system, in particular ABC-XYZ analysis, which identified the group of goods on economic performance indicators which may affect, improving logistics activities. First, change the supplier of transport services for certain groups of products, secondly, select and implement a new local provider of children&#39;s furniture and improve the organizational structure of the trading company.</p><p>For making the final decisions were analyzed existing theoretical approaches, research and practical situation, as reflected in the literature.</p><p>By the method of the ratings and the total cost of the method was chosen new provider of transportation services, as well as new local supplier of baby furniture. Decisions made a positive impact on the return on equity, which indicates achievement outlined in the first chapter of the goal.</p><p>The main project is considered the prospect of strengthening the company&#39;s position in the market by increasing the stability associated with the introduction of reliable transport provider and increase sales by product groups problematic.</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </strong><strong>The volume of final qualifying work: p - 70, figures - 8 tables - 24, the list of literary sources - 26.</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
