Vinogradov, Senior Lecturer</p><p>Key words: logistics process at warehouse, interfunctional coordination, material handling process, process <a href="http://www.multitran.ru/c/m.exe?t=4330764_1_2&amp;s1=%F0%E5%EE%F0%E3%E0%ED%E8%E7%E0%F6%E8%FF">re-engineering</a></p><p>Given tendencies of manufacturing companies` product range expansion and lead time shortening, the main factor of company`s competitiveness improvement is an ability to manage efficient logistics operations and to provide even movement of material flows.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>The general purpose</strong> of this study is to propose a set of measures for logistics process improvement in the manufacturing company&rsquo;s warehouse of finished goods.</p><p>The following recommendations are developed in the graduate qualification work: client base segmentation; new service standard proposition; rational function distribution among company`s departments for delivery scheduling and statement of the coordination procedure; re-engineering&nbsp;of the receiving, order-picking, dispatching processes; restructutring&nbsp;of the warehouse logistics process management organizational structure; providing informational support of logistics process at the warehouse.
