Improving the efficiency of logistic activity of production company "Ronikon"

Research supervisor</p><p>Ivanova Anastasia Vladimirovna, teacher</p><p>Today an important question is practical research which is directed on improvement of logistic system of the company.</p><p>In this final qualification work the question of increase of efficiency of logistic activity on the example of production company will be considered.</p><p>&nbsp;The purpose of this thesis is identification of problems of the company in the field of logistics and the offer of recommendations on their decision. Suggestions for improvement of organizational structure of management of the company, to creation of department of logistics and introduction of corporate information system for increase of efficiency of logistic system will be considered.</p><p>&nbsp;Tasks of this thesis is:</p><p>&bull; analysis of activity of the company and its position in the market</p><p>&bull; analysis of organizational structure of the company and activity of all departments</p><p>&bull; identification of bottlenecks in company activity</p><p>&bull; research of theoretical practices on the revealed problem, using works of domestic and foreign authors</p><p>&bull; offers on elimination of the revealed problems during work, based on the studied theoretical sources, an assessment of efficiency of their practical application</p><p>Final qualification work consists of three heads, introduction and the conclusion.</p><p>In chapter 1 the assessment of economic activity of the company, its position in the market is given, the analysis of financial and economic indicators is carried out.</p><p>In chapter 2 theoretical aspects of increase of interfunctional integration by means of a corporate information system (CIS) and a logistics role in company activity are considered</p><p>In a chapter 3 ways of improvement of logistic activity of the company are offered: offers on creation of department of logistics are made and recommendations about introduction of corporate information system are made. The assessment of influence of the offered actions on economic indicators of activity of the enterprise became a result of work. The main conclusions and results are presented in the conclusion on the carried-out work.</p>
