Logistics costs' policy improvement in LLC "Henkel RUS"

<p><strong>Abstract </strong></p><ol><li>Designation theme WRC bachelor: &laquo;Improving the policy of logistics costs (for example, &laquo;Henkel Rus&raquo;)&raquo;</li><li>Student: Zaslonov Alexander, c. 420L, Department of Logistics HSE</li><li>Supervisor: Martin H. Grigoryan, Doctor in Economics, assistant professor of logistics HSE</li><li>Keywords: logistics costs, outsourcing, supplier selection procedure, logistics service providers, policy costs</li></ol><p>The problem of logistics costs - one of the most important in the concept of SCM. If during the period of transition to a market economy, many businesses sought to achieve profitable growth by increasing selling prices, today in the face of fierce competition managers must actively use non-price methods for strengthening the positions of business organizations in the market of logistics services, including logistics cost management techniques. Thus, the theme of the final qualifying work is relevant.</p><p>The aim of the graduate work is to analyze the state of logistics business organization and to form recommendations for improving logistics&rsquo; policy of costs in the subject of logistics system (for example, &laquo;Henkel Rus&raquo;).</p><p>The purpose of the final qualifying work can be structured in the form of tasks:</p><ul><li>Characteristic of LLC &laquo;Henkel Rus&raquo;;</li><li>Analysis of financial-economic activity of LLC &laquo;Henkel Rus&raquo;;</li><li>Analysis of the logistics activities &laquo;Henkel Rus&raquo; and the identification of the main policy issues of logistics costs;</li><li>To determine the characteristics of improving policy of logistics costs &laquo;Henkel Rus&raquo;;</li><li>Development of proposals for improving policy of logistics costs in &laquo;Henkel Rus&raquo; and their economic evaluation.</li></ul><p>The object of design in the final qualifying work is LLC &laquo;Henkel Rus&raquo;, which activities concluded in implementing products in three business areas. Graduate work includes three chapters, introduction, conclusion, and references used in the design process.</p><p>In final work of bachelor on the analysis of the entity determined the direction of the logistics system to improve policy in logistics costs for a particular company, in particular recommendations on the choice of the service provider using the analytic hierarchy process.</p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">5. &nbsp;Bachelor Volume Graduate work: p. - 67, figures &ndash; 10, tables - 19, a list of references - 25</p>
