Keywords:</strong> logistic activities, process approach to management, inventory management, logistics approach, logistics concepts.</p><p>Nowadays modern business strives to achieve global goals - to find solutions that can increase the profitability of the business with the most efficient use of available resources and optimum cost. Such a solution can be obtained today by using logistic approach, principles through-flow management, cross-functional coordination and integration. Complex solution of these tasks combines the problem of improving logistics in the company, for which the solutions, modern companies are willing to radically revise its corporate strategy and logistics, to change the organizational structure and implement business process reengineering. This work aims to study the logistics activity the company in question and the search for effective solutions to optimize it. You can not argue that it is possible to find the optimal solution of a problem, as there are many ways to improve, however, based on the basic logistics concepts and building on the basic principles of supply chain management, was developed a set of measures to solve the problem.</p><p><strong>SRS Volume:</strong> p - 122, figures &ndash; 30, tables - 12, the list of references &ndash; 25, applications - 4.</p>
