Such a solution can be obtained today by using logistic approach, principles through-flow management, cross-functional coordination and integration. Complex solution of these tasks combines the problem of improving logistics in the company, for which the solutions, modern companies are willing to radically revise its corporate strategy and logistics, to change the organizational structure and implement business process reengineering. This work aims to study the logistics activity the company in question and the search for effective solutions to optimize it.
