Freight forwarding, used in delivery of various means of transport, has a tremendous impact on the level of efficiency by allowing a company to maximize the economic benefits with minimal costs. To remain competitive, a company needs to pay special attention to the quality of provided services.</p><p>The aim of a bachelor&#39;s Graduate work is to develop recommendations for increasing logistics performance.</p><p>In Graduate work the effectiveness of multimodal transport of flat glass is assessed, as well as the procedure is carried out to improve the quality of services provided by reducing time for receiving and processing the customer&#39;s request.</p><p>The economic feasibility of the proposed changes was assessed and proved with DuPont model (increase in Return on Net Worth by 6.2 percentage points).</p><p><strong>5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </strong><strong>Volume of bachelor&rsquo;s final work</strong>: p. &ndash; 107, pictures &ndash; 22, tables &ndash; 30, references &ndash; 35.</p>
