This master thesis is written on the topic “The role of training centers in reproducing organizational culture of McDonaldized organization onexample of The Bagel Bar Coffee House”.The study of organizational culture is extremely important in the modern world. Even more, it is important to study how to control organizational culture as it can help tosignificantly increase the effectiveness of management of the organization. This topic is also relevant for McDonaldized organizations, because these organizations have as their goal to keep organizational culture the same in all of stores around the world.The aim of this work is to determine the role of training centers in the reproduction of organizational culture McDonaldized company.Empirical object of study is the coffee chain The Bagel Bar Coffee House.Theoretical object of study is the organizational culture.Subject of research: Identify the impact of the training center to reproduce organizational culture of McDonaldized organization.During writing of this master's work the author made a deep analysis of both the foreign and Russian literature, including books and articles.Practical information was collected during the passage of student practices in the company BAGEL LLC. Practical information was collected in two ways: a hidden observation and semi-structured interviews.After a thorough review of the literature and empirical data collection the author began to study two main issues:• Is The Bagel Bar Coffee House classic example McDonaldized organization?• How does the training center is useful for the reproduction of organizational culture of McDonaldized organization?As a result of the analysis of empirical data the author suggested that the company The Bagel Bar Coffee House is an example of McDonaldized organization, but with a few limitations.It should also be noted that the author has identified the importance of the training centers as a tool for reproduction of organizational culture of McDonaldized organization at the moment of opening of new branches in different regions.
