<p>The initial target of the present research is to examine the problem of evaluation of company’s investment potential.  Along with changing economic conditions and growing toughness of competition, the possibility to properly estimate investment attractiveness of the company becomes harder. In this investigation both quantitative and qualitative methods are used as the empirical base for the project, and will be applied in oil patch company. The research is determine the main tendencies existing in the field and particularly the chosen companies and to discuss the possible methods of effective evaluation of company’s investment potential.</p>
