Optimal Profit Tax Enforcement and Endogeneous Activity Selection

<p>This work studies the auditor&#39;s program of optimal mechanism design. The auditor has to create an auditing policy to discourage firms to hide their profits. This program is studied in a general equilibrium framework, so the wage is endogeneous.</p>
