<p>Under conditions of educational system modernization efficient methods of teaching staff management need to be searched, as there can be various attitudes to the problems of education modernization; under conditions of society&rsquo;s informatization a teacher is not only a member of the teaching staff of the school, but also a member of the wide pedagogical community which can influence position of a teacher in the pedagogical staff of the school.</p><p>These conditions have defined theoretical basis of the research. The author uses the famous research works on the theory of pedagogic staff (starting with the works of N. K. Krupskaya, A.S. Makarenko, V.A. Sukhomlinsky) and on the theory of social communities including the &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; research of the web communities.&nbsp; The master&rsquo;s thesis is related both to the theory of educational systems management and the theory of human resources management.</p>

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree. After a thesis is published on the HSE website, it obtains the status of an online publication.

Student theses are objects of copyright and their use is subject to limitations in accordance with the Russian Federation’s law on intellectual property.
