<p align="center"><strong>Zeleniy Andrey Yuryevich&#39;s annotation of the student of MMV-51 group to VKR on a subject: Interrelation of emotional intelligence and negotiating.</strong></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>In this final qualification work communication of emotional intelligence and organizational communications on the example of the JSC Citykom company is analysed and proved. In work such concepts as emotional intelligence, communications, and also their roles in the organization were in detail considered. Methods of diagnosing of level of emotional intelligence were considered.</p><p>The structure of work is presented by introduction, two heads, nine sections, six subsections, the conclusion, the list of references and appendices.</p><p>In introduction are defined relevance of a subject, purpose and the tasks set in the thesis, and also object and an object of research. Conclusions are in summary drawn on the done work and the result is summed up of research.</p><p>In work it is used 2 tables, 2 drawings and 4 appendices, the list of the used literature contains 47 sources. The total amount of the thesis makes 62 pages, including appendices.</p>
