<p align="center"><strong>Abstract </strong><br /><span data-align="11:39">to the final qualifying work.</span></p><p align="center">Topic: &quot;<span data-align="57:79">Conflict Management</span> <span data-align="80:81">in</span>&nbsp;O<span data-align="82:93">rganization&quot;.</span></p><p>Conflicts arise due to the interaction of people during the functioning of the organization and can significantly affect the productivity of the organization. The important thing in effective work of a Manager is not only to identify the conflict, but also to find a suitable way to respond to this phenomenon. After all, the way of behaving in a conflict situation may affect the further course of the conflict and further development of the organization.</p><p>The purpose of this final qualification work is the improvement of mechanisms of conflict management between the employees of IT company.</p><p>During the preparing of this work the following tasks <span data-align="17:32">have been set: to examine the theoretical foundations of organizational conflict; to explore the conflict on the example of one of the departments of the CJSC &laquo;Company POINT&raquo;, to develop practical recommendations describing the way these types of organizational conflicts can be managed and the way a manager should behave in the situation of such conflicts in future.</span></p><p>The object of this work is CJSC &laquo;Company POINT&raquo;.</p><p>The subject is the methods of conflict management in organization.</p><p>The final qualifying work includes introduction, 2 chapters, conclusion.</p><p>In the introduction the relevance of the work is explored, the summary is described, and also the main literary sources used during the execution of the work are listed. The first Chapter describes the theoretical foundations of organizational conflict. The second Chapter is a practical, internal research conducted in the CJSC &laquo;Company POINT&raquo; during the externship. The recommendations developed for conflict management in CJSC &laquo;Company POINT&raquo; are also in the second Chapter. Conclusion describes all solved problems.</p><p>The tasks were solved with the help of manuals on conflict management, sociology and psychology, as well as through empirical research, which includes two stages.</p><p>The final qualifying work is stated on 58 pages, contains 1 figure, 3 tables, 2 diagrams, 6 charts, 2 apps.</p>
