Consistency of Educational Requests Formulated by Participants of Educational Process as the Basis of Implementation of Variable Part of the Educational Program in the Elementary General Education

Today the problem of filling the content of the variable part of the educational program (EP) is a particularly relevant due to the fact that Federal state educational standard (FSES) of Elementary General Education (EGE) determines the variable part EP as part of mandatory for implementation in educational organization represented by the number of hours devoted for ensuring individual needs and requests of students and within the competence of the participants of educational process (students (parents, legal representatives), teachers, administration). The objective is the research of consistency of requirement requests of participants of the educational process in the primary school as a possible basis for creating the variable part of the educational program in primary general education. The tasks to complete are the following: • based on the methodology proposed by D. Konstantinovsky, V. Vakhshtayn, D. Kurakin, to conduct a research of requirement requests of participants of the educational process (parents, teachers, administration) in the initial general education; • to analyze the requirement requests, to define key points of their possible harmonization - loci and areas of deprivation; • to prepare the recommendations for consistency of requests of participants of the educational process in the primary general education. The obtained results are as follows: • there were completed the assigned tasks and there was confirmed the hypothesis that the consistency of requirement requests of participants of the educational process can be the basis of formation and implementation of the variable part of the educational program in primary general education; • the research results have showed the need to establish coordination loci - i.e. places, institution spaces, bodies, where the participants of the educational process may interact; • recommendations on the consistency of requirement requests of participants of the educational process are developed.
