Master thesis of Svetlana Smirnova “Organizational and pedagogical conditions of development headmasters of schools in Novosibirsk region” consists of 98 pages of text, 6 apps, 11 figures, 9 tables, 103 cited works 12 of them in English and French Keywords: professional competences, professional competences matrix, individualisation conditions of head masters training, individual training roadmap, evaluation criteria of professional competences development The goal of Master thesis is to conduct a research that provides evidence for conditions of individualization of professional development of headmasters and experimentally proves the influence of those conditions on development of professional competences. The paper consists of 2 parts Part One: -theoretical part- the Author conducts analysis of Russian and foreign models of competences of school headmasters, theoretically proved conditions of development of professional competences as a system of different parts. Part Two- practical part- the author analyses the results of implementation of conditions developed in Part One as a part of an experiment among school headmasters of Novosibirsk Region. The paper proves the following hypothesis: The development of professional development of school headmasters will be successful if the education program is individual for each person. Practical results of the paper are methodological recommendations for diagnostics of conditions of development of professional competences of school headmasters.
