Organizational and Pedagogical Conditions of Development of Professional Competences of Principles in Novosibirsk Region

The paper consists of 2 parts Part One: -theoretical part- the Author conducts analysis of Russian and foreign models of competences of school headmasters, theoretically proved conditions of development of professional competences as a system of different parts. Part Two- practical part- the author analyses the results of implementation of conditions developed in Part One as a part of an experiment among school headmasters of Novosibirsk Region. The paper proves the following hypothesis: The development of professional development of school headmasters will be successful if the education program is individual for each person. Practical results of the paper are methodological recommendations for diagnostics of conditions of development of professional competences of school headmasters.
