The aim of this work was the exposure of the influence of work satisfaction levels of the teachers of secondary schools in district Dubenskiy and of Tula region and their correlation with the loyalty and working out of the following practical recommendations. In the work the questionnaire worked out by Batarshev A. V. and the method of D. Meyer and N. Allen, questionnaire “The scale of organizational activities” were used. In the course of the study and analysis of the results the tendency to influence satisfaction of teachers working on loyalty, was found wich partially support the hypothesis that teachers with high levels of job satisfaction, often show affective and continued loyalty than teachers with low levels of satisfaction, in other words job satisfied teachers are working in the organization because they want it, and profitable, not because they feel obligated to do it. And also partially confirm the hypothesis, the investigation that teachers with higher and first qualifying categories have a high level of job satisfaction and continued loyalty to the affective or educational organization. This is due to the fact that high-class professionals are more in demand in any educational institution, therefore, if desired, may soon leave, and if they are to work in the organization, then it suits them or they want to work in it. For a more complete test hypotheses, taking into account the limited sample of respondents, further and larger study is needed. Based on the results of the study a set of practical recommendations for head teachers in district Dubenskiy of Tula region is developed, aimed at improving the current level of satisfaction with their teachers and their loyalty to the educational organization. In consideration of the urgency of the problem, and the practical results of the study, these proposals may also be of interest to head teachers of other schools that solve the same staff problems.
