The Relationship Between the Incentive System of Employees Under the New Pay System and the Performance of Educational Organizations

This Master's dissertation is made within the study of the results of introduction of Russia's new wage system (NSLP) in the region of St. Petersburg. The aim of this research was to establish the presence or absence of connection between the system of incentive payments of pedagogical and managing staff of educational institutions of Saint - Petersburg in conditions of NSLP and the performance results of educational organizations. The object and subject of the research The object of this research is the existing within the NSLP system of stimulation of teaching and managerial staff of educational institutions of Saint - Petersburg; The subject of this research is the elements of connection between the system of stimulation of pedagogical and managerial staff of educational institutions of Saint - Petersburg under the NSLP and the performance results of educational organizations. As a result of the research it was possible to establish a connection between the system of incentive payments of pedagogical and managerial staff of educational institutions of Saint - Petersburg and the performance results of educational institutions in 2014. Also it was proved that the educational results of students at the end of the 2013-2014 academic year were influenced by the following factors: -the average salary of managers -the average salary of teachers - the managers’ surcharge In addition, the research showed that the results of the students are influenced by the material and technical equipment of schools in the field of IT.
