Evaluating the Productivity of Training of Teachers of Technology Formative Estimation

Master's dissertation is devoted to the problems of the organization and evaluation of teachers, training. The aim of the research was to identify the factors that have influenced the effectiveness of intra-learning training of teachers of formative assessment tecnology through the comprehensive evaluation of its performance on the basis of the model of D.Kirkpatrik. The reserch has achieved the tasks: we have studied the theoretical approaches to organizing and evaluating the effectiveness of teachers, training; have reviewed the analysis of the current state of professional development of teachers; have systematized factors and methods for evaluating the effectiveness of training; have worked out the methodology of the reserch; have organized a training for teachers of MBEI "School № 56"of the Chuvash Republic, the city of Cheboksary about the formative assessment technology and the evaluation of its results. On the basis of the data we have obtained the information about the achievement of the average level of intra-effectiveness of training at a fairly high degree of the teacher,s satisfaction with it, and the impact of external factors on the effectiveness of the training: learning support from the board of the organization, the degree of satisfaction of the participants with the content of the training program.We have worked out recommendations for improving the effectiveness of programs for intra-study: their precise structuring, consideration of needs as well as schools and teachers implement, a set of measures to improve the motivation of teachers to education and its stimulation, monitoring of learning outcomes, organization of posttraining support, in-depth reserch of study of the degree of influence of various factors on the effectiveness of training. The obtained data, and the recommendations can be used for improving the productiveness of intra-learning teachers, training conducted in accordance with the needs and goals of the educational organization.
