The Development of the Scientific Research in High School: the Formation of a Mechanism of Involving Students

The dissertation is devoted to the creation of a mechanism to involve students in scientific - research work in a knowledge-based economy. The main processes related to the research work of students at the university identified and systematized based on the methodology of the system analysis, quality management tools. The analysis of the challenges affecting the research work of students in the era of knowledge economy carried out. Using certain tools of Total Quality Management (checklists, Pareto diagrams, Ishikawa diagram) allowed: to identify "bottlenecks" that occur in the implementation process of research work; to rank in order of importance the factors affecting the effectiveness of research work; to formulate objectives to address the causes of so-called "bottlenecks" and to suggest directions for their solution. The results achieved in the dissertation have practical importance in the organization of research work. It can be used in higher education institutions for the purpose of effective organization of scientific research students. Develop mechanisms to involve students in the research work implemented at the Polytechnic Institute of the Penza State University at the faculty of instrumentation, information technology and electronics.
