Summary of the graduation project - «Study of Opportunities and Limitations for Private Investments into Water and Wаstewater Supply Systems under Concession Agreements» // Bozrikov A.V. In the work presented here I examine legal and organizational mechanisms of investment attraction within Concession Agreements to the Water and Sewage Utilities sector. This work includes analysis of Russian legislation in the sphere of private investment attraction within Concession Agreements to Water and Sewage Utilities sector, analysis of Russian practice of Concession realization in Water and Sewage Utilities sector, development of the list of key problems by Concession Agreement realization in Water and Sewage Utilities sector on the territory of Russian Federation and development of the concept for improvement of legal and organizational mechanisms of Concession Agreements in Water and Sewage Utilities sector and improvement of investment climate. On the basis of Russian practice of holding tenders for Concession Agreements and extra-budgetary investment attraction to the Water and Sewage Utilities sector recommendations for improvement of legal and organizational mechanisms of private investment attraction within Concession Agreements were defined.
