Design Promotional Site for the Sales of Barcode Scanners on the Example of Brand GENERALSCAN

The main purpose of final qualifying work is the search for and implementation of optimal conversion and recognizable design solution, through the development of a promotional website for the sale of bar code scanners, on the example of brand GENERALSCAN, based on the user-friendly navigation structure, marketing adaptability and pleasant for the perception of design. The tasks set in the work: - find the design concept of the project, an analysis of similar projects, the analysis of the history, market and applications of the bar code scanners, the formation of the style and philosophy of design ideas, work with information architecture, layout of the visual elements, projection of user interaction, the definition of a set of features , preparation of functional specifications, nesting Site, creating layouts for print. Results: In the process, it was found a design solution to create a promotional site, based on a hybrid technology combining the company business card website structure and Landing Page product pages into a single commercial and information project. Achieved optimal results balance between project's color. Was created a simple and intuitive user interface to the promotional site. When creating a Art Book managed to succinctly present the main stages of the develop of the promotional site such as: design, structure, elements and colors. Visual examination was created the most informative and enjoyable to read. The recommendations proposed on the basis of this work: - approach change to the use of single-page sites, - increase the space for the visual perception of technical information by minimizing technical descriptions, - optimization of navigation of the promotional site for maximize lead conversion and information acquaintance with the product.
