Differentiation of Proceedings in Civil Procedure

This graduate paper is a theoretical study of the main trends in the development of the institution of civil proceeding. The definition of civil proceedings, the type of civil proceedings, taking into account modern trends and the relation of these concepts with related categories of civil procedural law are given. The following project can be considered as the theoretical justification of solutions to such problems as: the correlation of civil and administrative proceedings, the correlation of civil justice and civil procedure forms, the problem of a single c The main aim of the study is to establish the concept of view of civil proceedings, the definition of its essential characteristics. So, the study of the types of civil proceedings involves a consideration of modern views on these categories of procedural law as a justice of the court, procedural form. What is more, one of the objects is to substantiate theoretically the solution of such issues as: the correlation of civil and administrative proceedings, the correlation of civil justice and civil procedure forms. The paper consists of an introduction, three chapters, seven paragraphs, a conclusion and a bibliography.
