The purpose of this final qualifying work is a complex study of the protection mechanism of rights of agency workers and employees temporarily sent by employer to other individuals or entities. The research has the following objectives: to study the concept of agency labor; to explore the legal forms of applying of agency labor; to study the legal content of the relations emerging in the application of agency labor; to identify the features of the private employment agencies activities; to analyze the legal nature and the main features of the contract on providing agency labor (staff); to identify ways to implement and protect the rights of agency workers, as well as features of their application. During the study, ways to protect the rights of agency workers and employees sent temporarily by the employer to other persons or entities were analyzed. The problems of legal regulation of relations emerging with the sending employees to other individuals or entities were studied. The range of issues requiring legislative consolidation were identified.
