The purpose of this graduate qualification work is to analyze the nature of the organization of transport services by road transport contract. Main goals: - Identification of the main features of the organization of transport services by road transport contract taking into account the provisions of the Organization of a Scheduled Traffic Law; - Identification of enforcement problems at the conclusion of the contract; - Development of recommendations to improve the legal framework governing the procedure for concluding the agreement on the organization of the transport service. The following conclusions were drawn from the work: The organization of transport services by road transport contract, combining public and private-line features, has a civil nature. Among the significant conditions for the organization of transport services by road transport contract referred to his subject, the requirements for the implementation of a regular service, established by the state customer, the size of the tariff for the implementation of traffic data, established by the authorized body of the subject, the contract price and the procedure for the contract payment, the provision of services on transportation of passengers by road transport at regulated tariffs. It is concluded that the necessary approval of the regulatory legal act of the Russian Federation Government order determine the initial (maximum) price of the contract to perform works related to the implementation of regular traffic at regulated tariffs. A new edition of Part 3 of Article 14 of the Organization of a Scheduled Traffic Law, in which contains a formulation of the agreement on the organization of transport road transport services subject.
