As a result of the development of high-tech sphere, computer program widely used in the civil circulation. At the same time there is a problem of determination of contracts to be used for applying to relations about the creation of a computer program and the disposal of the exclusive right on a computer program. Therefore, the creation of a generalized system of contracts used to mediate these relationships is a topical area for research. The main contracts that are using to computer program are studied. Disadvantages of legislation and errors in using the contractual structures to the computer program are detected. Proposals to improve the legislation are made. The conclusion is the system of software development contracts and contracts to dispose of the exclusive rights on this software.
